Community Development Block Grant Sub-Grantee Survey

The Staff of the Planning & Development Department's Community Development Division is committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. To assist us in that effort, we would appreciate your taking a few minutes to answer the following questions regarding the relationship with staff and your overall opinion of the program.
